One of our goals for 2016 is to support more developers and more developer communities. As organisers and leaders in those communities, we think the best way to do that is to help you. That includes getting out from behind our desks more this year; we will be sponsoring multiple GitHub events, RailsConf, GopherCon and several other events. One of the big advantages of being a 100% remote-work company is that we have staff in 6 countries including Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, South Africa and across the US who can speak on topics ranging from database optimization to building database deployments at scale with containers.
